Dr. Rose is the Executive Director and Founder of Diakonos Solutions, a non-profit organization serving women in ministry leadership that believes that no matter the stage in ministry or ministry context, women should be engaged, encouraged, and equipped for the unique challenges of ministry leadership in the 21st century.
